How your information is used. We
use the information you provide to properly administrate your account so that
you get the information you desire delivered in text message/other formats. We
may also send your information to other third parties relevant to your
transaction. FSA may also share certain aggregated data with our partners and
other third parties for general marketing and demographic purposes; however,
this data DOES NOT include any of your personal financial information or credit
card information.
Sharing information with our Fantasy Sports Partners and Third parties. At your
direction (when you complete the sign up process), the information that you
provide to us will be sent through the FSA system. This is the system which
will send you the updates and information (when appropriate) you requested in
your chosen service plan (s).
In certain circumstances FSA may need to disclose personal information when
required by law wherein FSA has a good-faith belief that such action is
necessary to comply with all federal and state laws, a current judicial
proceeding, or by any court order or through the legal process as necessary.
Upon a merger, consolidation, acquisition or other corporate reorganization in
which FSA participates or to a purchaser of all or substantially all of FSA's
assets FSA may transfer user's personal information to a successor entity. Such
successor shall be bound by the terms and conditions of this privacy policy.
